    Intradistrict Transfers - Solicitudes de transferencia

     

    OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD 1

    JANUARY 9, 2019 THROUGH MARCH 1, 2019

    Students who reside within district boundaries may apply for enrollment in any school in the district.  Applications for Intradistrict Transfer will be accepted during the period of January 9, 2019 through March 1, 2019 for the next school year, or for students entering the district after March 1st, within 5 days of enrollment.  If you wish to return to the school from which you were displaced, or if you wish to attend another school for any reason, you must submit an Intradistrict Transfer request.

    Applicants who submit an Intradistrict Transfer request no later than 4:00 p.m., March 1, 2019 will be notified on April 1, 2019.  Forms are available at all school sites and at the District Office beginning on January 9, 2019.  Intradistrict Transfer Forms MUST be returned to any school office, or the District Office, no later than 4:00 p.m., March 1, 2019 to be considered by the April 1st notification date.

    Intradistrict Transfer requests on behalf of students who have been displaced from the closed schools will be considered.

    If space becomes available, Intradistrict Transfers for siblings of students enrolled at these schools for the 2019-2020 school year will be considered.

    Los estudiantes que residen dentro de los límites del distrito pueden solicitar su inscripción en cualquier escuela del distrito. Se aceptarán solicitudes de transferencia dentro del distrito durante el período del 9 de enero 2019 al 1 de marzo 2019 para el próximo año escolar, o para estudiantes que entran al distrito después del 1 de marzo, dentro de los 5 días de la inscripción. Si desea volver a la escuela de la cual se le desplaza, o si desea asistir a otra escuela por cualquier razón, usted debe presentar una solicitud de transferencia dentro del distrito.

    Los solicitantes que presenten una solicitud de transferencia dentro del distrito no más tarde de las 4:00 pm el 1 de marzo 2019 serán notificados el 1 de abril, 2019. Los formularios están disponibles en todas las escuelas, y en la Oficina del Distrito a partir del 9 de enero del 2019.
